Over the last 12 months, we have been quietly working on a portfolio of spirits that started life as one of our wines. We will be releasing these over the course of the next 12 months as the spirits are finalised. Our first release, a Vodka infused with honey from our flowhives onsite here at Briar Ridge.

Cocktail Recipes.

Honey Spice Martini

Ingredients: Our Honey Vodka, ginger liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and a dash of cinnamon.
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon for an enticing visual presentation.

Golden Fizz Royale

Ingredients: Our Honey Vodka, our Traditional Method Sparkling Chardonnay, elderflower liqueur, and a splash of fresh grapefruit juice.
Serve in a champagne flute with a delicate grapefruit twist for an elegant touch.

Honeyed Bourbon Sour

Ingredients: Our Honey Vodka, bourbon, fresh lemon juice, a touch of honey syrup, and a splash of aromatic bitters.
Garnish with a honey-dipped lemon slice and a maraschino cherry for a sophisticated appearance.
