Referencing our now over 50 year history of winemaking, this is a blend of Shiraz from our two oldest family-owned vineyards in the Hunter Valley (40 years) & Wrattonbully, SA (25 years).
This elegant Blanc de Blancs is made in a style retaining delicate fruit flavours and fine structure. The wine is showing aromas of citrus and stone fruits combined with creamy yeast complexity. The palate is fresh and lively with a long fine crisp finish. Great drinking now.

The Squire Vineyard was the original name of our estate in Mount View, Hunter Valley. Chardonnay was the first planted white variety on the grounds and this wine pays homage to the crucial role that this grape has in our, and our regions, history.
