This bottle fermented sparkling wine utilises chardonnay from our Hunter Valley vineyard. It is a wine of great complexity and texture that leads into a crisp, dry finish. The lifted aromas are fresh and lively with hints of green apple and shortcrust pastry all while maintaining a fine, persistant bead.
